This advanced course takes a deep dive into the EQ-i 2.0 framework, focusing on how supervisors and managers can apply emotional intelligence to navigate complex leadership challenges and drive organizational success. Building on foundational knowledge, this session equips participants with the tools to address real-world scenarios, such as resolving conflicts, leading through change, and developing high-potential leaders.

Participants will explore advanced coaching techniques, analyze case studies, and design strategies to integrate emotional intelligence into broader initiatives like succession planning and organizational culture. Through interactive activities, reflection, and practical application, attendees will leave with actionable insights to foster a high-performing, emotionally intelligent workplace and inspire their teams to achieve new levels of success.

Designed for experienced supervisors and managers, this session provides the opportunity to refine emotional intelligence skills and leverage them as a strategic asset for leadership and talent development.
